InkJet City offers shipping through a variety of couriers locally, and Australia Post nationally.

Adelaide Couriers

For most orders of papers, inks and toners in Adelaide, shipping is available by courier at a fixed price depending on suburb ($6.60 for inner suburbs, and $11 for outer suburbs). Courier delivery is ideally used for shipments to businesses or to individuals at their work address, as it requires signature on delivery. Additional charges may apply if multiple delivery attempts are required.

Australia Post

For regional areas and interstate delivery is by Australia Post. This option is also ideal for home deliveries in metropolitan areas as the parcel will only be as far away as the local post office if there is no-one home when delivery is attempted.

We currently accept three types of payment methods: direct deposit, credit cards, cheques.

Direct Deposit

Payment by direct deposit is our preferred method of payment. Please use your order reference number at the time of deposit so we can process your order quickly.

Credit Cards

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard. Orders are processed offline to give us time to assess stock quantity and make any final adjustments to your order before a charge is made.

Cheques

We accept personal and business cheques at our discretion. Cheques are easily accepted for customers we have an existing relationship with.

However, a first time order paid by cheque will not ship until the cheque has been received and cleared, which may delay the order for a week or so.
